How Your Digital Gift Certificate Works
Purchase & Receive: The PDF gift certificate will be created and emailed to the purchaser's email address within 24-48 hours of purchase.
Delivery to Recipient: You can then easily print the PDF to give as a physical gift or forward the email to your recipient for immediate use.
Booking a Reservation with a Gift Certificate
Please note that our website's automated booking system does not currently accept gift certificate codes for payment.
For Online Booking: You may pay the full reservation fee on the website to secure your date, and then apply the gift certificate value to your balance upon arrival in-studio.
To Use the Certificate Directly: Please call or email us directly to make your booking. When you arrive in-studio, we will manually process your reservation and experience total and apply the gift certificate value as payment.
Physical Certificate: If you prefer a traditional cardstock-printed gift certificate, please visit us at our physical store location.

No Expiration: Our gift certificates do not expire and do not incur any inactivity fees, as required by Connecticut law. Use them whenever you're ready!

Non-Refundable: Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash value and cannot be returned for a cash refund. They are valid only for the purchase of goods and services at our studio.
