Party Policies

The following are important policies for all party bookings at Creative Jam Art Co. By booking a party with Creative Jam Art Co, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood all party requirements and agree to follow these policies. This agreement acts as a contract between you and Creative Jam Art Co.

Supervision Requirements

  • A minimum of two responsible adults are required to be present in the splatter painting room with children under the age of 16 for the entire duration of the activity.

  • Our staff is present to facilitate, but adult supervision is essential for safety and behavior management.

Guest Count

  • All party packages include up to 10 participants.

  • A participant is defined as any guest (child or adult) who will be actively taking part in splatter painting or any other scheduled art activity.

  • We can accommodate up to 5 additional participants (for a total of 15 max) at an additional charge of $31.20 per participant.

  • Due to space and staffing limitations, we cannot exceed 15 total participants under any circumstances.

  • Other adults (such as parents or guardians) are welcome to stay and observe in our designated areas — including the party room, splatter painting room, or lounge area. However, only registered participants will be permitted to take part in the activities.

  • Final Guest Count: To ensure we have the proper staffing and supplies prepared for your event, your final guest count is due 3–5 days before the scheduled party date.

  • Late Additions: We will do our best to accommodate additional guests added after the deadline, up to our studio maximum of 15 total participants. Please notify us as soon as possible if your count increases so we can prepare the extra materials.

Payment, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date. This deposit secures your specific time slot, dedicated staff, and the preparation of art materials.

  • Cancellations:

    • 7+ Days Notice: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

    • Within 7 Days: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule the event rather than cancel it.

    • Emergencies & Illness: We understand that life is unpredictable and sometimes there's a last-minute illness or severe weather that makes travel unsafe. Your safety and health come first!

      • In the event of a "day-of" emergency or illness, we offer a one-time rescheduling of your party.

      • Please note that while we are happy to move your date to a safer or healthier time, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within the 7-day window.

  • Studio Closures: In the rare event that Creative Jam Art Co. must close due to extreme weather or a facility emergency, we will contact you immediately to reschedule or provide a full refund.

  • Rescheduling: We understand things happen! You may reschedule your party one time with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to studio availability. Rescheduled parties must take place within 30–60 days of the original date.

  • No-Shows: No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Guest Count Changes: To ensure we have the correct amount of supplies and staff, your final guest count is due 3–5 days before the party. We cannot guarantee accommodations for extra guests added after this window.

  • Late Arrivals: Please note that party times cannot be extended for late arrivals, as we often have other bookings immediately following. Your party will end at the scheduled time to allow for cleaning and transitions.

  • Party Add-Ons & Customizations: To ensure we have the specific materials ready for your group, all "add-on" activities (such as slime-making, ceramics, or t-shirt painting) must be finalized and pre-purchased.

    • These items are handled separately from your base party package. You will receive a separate invoice for add-ons, which must be paid in full prior to the party date.

    • Add-on materials are ordered and prepared specifically for your event; therefore, add-on payments are non-refundable once the invoice is paid and materials are prepared.

  • Day-of Adjustments & Payment: The remaining balance for your party, including any additional guests ($31.20/person) and optional add-ons, will be processed on the day of the party.
