Policy
1. The "Commitment to Create" While this workshop is FREE thanks to the generous support of Sustainable CT, space is strictly limited to 30 participants. By registering, you are occupying a spot that could otherwise go to another community member. We kindly ask that you only register if you are 100% committed to attending. 2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy If your plans change, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your seat to someone on our waitlist. Note: Frequent "no-shows" for free community events may impact your ability to register for future "Spring Freebie" sessions. 3. The Waitlist Once we hit our 20-person capacity, a waitlist will open. If a spot becomes available, we will contact the first person on the list via email. You will have 4 hours to confirm your attendance before we move to the next person. 4. Arrival Time Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled. To ensure a smooth start for our guest instructors from Hartford Press Co-op, any spots not filled by 5:05 PM may be released to "walk-in" guests on a first-come, first-served basis. 5. Age Requirement In alignment with our studio safety guidelines for this specific workshop, all participants must be 16 years of age or older. 6. Materials & Sharing All materials are provided for free! Because this is a high-capacity community event, we encourage a spirit of collaboration. Be prepared to share tools (and inspiration!) with your neighbors.
