Contest Rules:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the giveaway, participants must register on our website for a session in the Splatter Room during the month of March, follow us on social media, and share our giveaway post. Participants must also visit our studio during the month of March and pay for a Splatter Room package (canvas & protective gear).

2. Entry: Upon visiting our studio and paying for a Splatter Room session, participants can enter the giveaway by filling out an entry slip provided by our staff and depositing it into the designated giveaway box.

3. Prize: The winner of the giveaway will receive a free Splatter Room Birthday party for up to 10 participants, valued at $400. The prize includes all items included in our Party Package 1 option, which consists of a 10"x10" canvas per participant, 5 paint-filled water balloons, 5 paint-filled squirters, and 2 hours in the party room. Food is not included.

4. Additional Options: Any additional options such as additional participants, glow-in-the-dark features, or special requests will come at an additional fee and are not included as part of the giveaway prize.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The drawing will take place in mid-April 2024, and the winner will be contacted via the contact information provided during entry.

6. Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim their prize within 7 days after being contacted. Failure to claim the prize within this timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway and Creative Jam Art Co.
